Discussion On Improving The National Food Safety Risk Assessment Mechanism

In recent years, with the growth of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people gradually changed from feeding themselves to eating well and healthy. So food producers and operators think of all kinds of way to improve the color, aroma and taste of the food. But in the process of manufacturing, producers as excessive used of food additives to cause people's health problems. The food safety has gradually become a hot topic of public concern due to the Sudan red, Hogwash oil, leather milk and plasticizer.To strengthen food safety supervision, our country will be the focus of supervision from the matter regulation and afterwards supervision to focus on strengthening food safety supervision in advance. As the first food regulatory pass, food safety risk assessment could effective monitor of food safety, to ensure food and related industry in the direction of the healthy and orderly development.In this paper, based on the important position of food safety risk assessment, we researched the mechanism of one to perfect system. By using the comparison analytic method, combining with food safety risk assessment methods of advanced developed countries, this paper researched around how to improve China's food safety risk assessment mechanism. We analyzed the problems which in the process of food safety risk assessment system were generated and found some suitable advice to food safety risk assessment system by means of lessoning the advanced mode of developed countries and their experience in order to provide theoretical research for establishing and perfecting the system in our country to provide theoretical research.
