Commercial real estate has had a rapid development in recent years, mainly due to the tight regulation and control policy of real estate, but a lot of staff in this field has little professional knowledge, still using the old trade method. It is obviously difficult to adapt to the fast change and fierce competition. So, a new business model is inevitable.Commercial real estate market is facing fierce competition, and at the same time, competition pattern is changing a lot. Thus, the selection of the participants, the operation and the market’s reform, make the two-side market meet new challenges and new opportunities.In this paper, the discussion will base on the literature related to business model and two-side market theory, using the research methods such as business model, five forces model and nine elements theory. Pricing theory and competition theory will be used in the empirical part. The research will include two aspects as follows.The research will base on the development mode. Firstly use five forces model to analyze the industry environment, and then mainly analyzes the existing competition in the two-side market. Now, the traditional business model is suffering from the impact of e-commerce, the original advantage of basic information asymmetric are disappearing, and the customer requirement model is changing. So, the original commercial real estate business model needs innovation. So, the author, will discuss about the existence, main function, sustained strategy of two-sided markets and start to build a new platform based on commercial real estate operation model of two-sided markets.The traditional business model is unable to meet the market demand, and the electronic commerce mode single lack many advantages of solid trading platform, either. So, this paper will explore the020business model combine the online and offline business. For the realization of the path, the author carries on the analysis from several aspects including core competitiveness, market positioning, target customers, the conflict of traditional channels and Internet channels. Then summarizes the framework of business model of two-sided market, and conducts the analysis mainly basing Shanghai Lamps City. By using the theory from "business model generation", the business model will be divided into nine elements to be further discussed. At last, the development strategy of O2O business model are described form three aspects, price competition to service competition, integration of industry chain to the solution service and perfecting business logic.The last part of the dissertation mainly summarizes the main research conclusion, the limitations and the shortcomings of the study, and the future research. At the same time, sincerely hope that the research and exploration of this paper could do some help to the research on two-side market theory and the business practice and decision of e-commerce business.
