In recent years the rapid development of mobile communication technology,Homefrom the initial digital simulation technique to the development of GSM networktechnology,3G (TD-SCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA2000with three technical standards)construction and application technology, and then to cut a striking figure now4Gtechnology but used more than ten years. Mobile communication business from traditionalbusiness voice, SMS business accounted for absolute advantage gradually to themultimedia, information, network whole business scope extended, and new businessaccounts for the proportion to continue to increase. The world, many developed countries3G technology has been very mature, many operators also have to the4G networkevolution. Not only such as early as in2012November the EU formally launched called"project METIS"5G, and5G will be announced in2020to achieve commercial in the nearfuture. Because of such developed countries mature business model based on the3Gmobile communication technology based on to the domestic mobile operators with richexperience.China Mobile Communications Group NMG limited TQ branch (hereinafter referredto as the TQ mobile subsidiary company) is a branch of China Mobile Communicationunder the group, engaged in the mobile communications, data communications, Internet,terminal sales and other value-added services such as mobile communication relatedconstruction and operation activities. Operation is faced with China Mobile, China Unicom,the coexistence of China telecom operators three branches, a very competitive situation.Therefore, in the rapid change of international, the domestic mobile communicationsindustry technology and operation condition, as the mobile communication enterprises themost basic how to develop effective, correct competition strategy in the overall strategicframework group and parent company, dealing with other operators in the fiercecompetition and threats, to maintain the healthy, rapid development TQ mobile subsidiarycompany must seriously consider the issue, it also determines the enterprise futuredevelopment direction, speed and level of development.In this paper, through the research on the theory of competitive strategy, the strategysystem of mobile communication group as the basis, take full account of TQ mobilesubsidiary company status, to the enterprise in the specific environment and conditions, tofind and develop with their own characteristics and emphasis of competitive strategy, theestablishment of the enterprise management and guidance the target, and the formation of TQ mobile subsidiary strategic advantage, unique, given their own views and opinions, anddeepening and development in practice.
