Study On The Development Strategy Of Hukou County Industrial Park

Industrial Park is an agglomeration industries, promote the upgrading ofindustrial enterprises, speed up the county’s economic development “booster”. Onlyhigh quality industrial park conducive to enhancing regional competitiveness, but alsothe government grasps the importance of the development of industrial economy, aneffective platform for investment and urban construction of the model window. HukouIndustrial Park was established since2001, and constantly improve the function ofsupporting facilities, and actively promote the investment work, the formation of "agarden in six districts," the distribution pattern, the basic form of the iron and steeland non-ferrous metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, shipping, logistics and fiveindustrial sectors. Conclusions of this paper are:(1)from a strategic environmental analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation,strategic evaluation of four to build a more comprehensive strategy for easy doorindustrial park management system;(2) in the analysis of external Hukou IndustrialPark basis on the environment and internal environment, setting strategic positioningand strategic objectives identified industrial clusters, investment, talent park, environmental optimization of its strategic core content;(3) from acceleratinginfrastructure development effort to create external conditions, focus on the ecologicalsystem innovation to build gardens and revitalize the stock of industrial land in fourareas proposed safeguard measures to promote implementation of the strategy;(4) theestablishment of a park covering economic development, sustainable development,circular economy, the park environment, etc.4firstly level indicators,12secondaryindicators, a comprehensive assessment system41three indicators, and make relevantevaluation methods.
