Virtual operating company in the environment of Management Game, Which is a feature-rich business management course by Carnegie Mellon University in the United States. Simulate the entire business process, including the company’s overall strategy formulation and implementation, production and R&D functions of the strategy, product marketing functions of the strategic and financial functions of the strategic decision-making and implementation. Management Game is a global strategic management simulation training project management.V&G is the Northeastern University MBA students to participate in the2007session of the simulation project company formed by six participants, each playing a different company senior management, are responsible for the company’s overall business, marketing, production and operation and financial management strategy formulation and implementation.This article is based on Management Game environment,2009to2011three-year simulation of management as the basis to explain the company’s manufacturing operations management. In this paper, the detailed description of V&G’s three-year rolling strategic plan to achieve the use of V&G’s strategic objectives, including corporate strategic environmental analysis of the overall business strategy development, the main functions of the strategy formulation and implementation of the strategic plan to adjust the strategic plan evaluation, and other aspects. The article also raised himself involved in the project some of the insights and recommendations of the project.
