A Study On The Influence Of Intellectual Property Protection On The Development Of Chinese Private Enterprises In China

The paper take the Maize Hybrids market of Jilin province as an example to study the relation between the protection of foreign‐owned intellectual property and the development of Chinese private enterprise. The literature and data research suggests that there is no significant link between the protection of foreign‐owned intellectual property and the development of private enterprise. But the Field investigation and Interview prove that the protection of foreign‐owned intellectual property can be conductive to improve the ability of Science and technology innovation and Core‐competitiveness of Chinese private enterprise. Overall, Chinese private enterprise can benefit from the protection of foreign‐owned intellectual property.
