An Empirical Study On Corporate Governance Structure And Corporate Performance Of Listed Companies

Corporate governance structure is the core of modern enterprise management; it isreasonable or not is one of the important factors that affect enterprise performance.Good corporate governance structure can reduce the agent cost of enterprise, promoteenterprise’s ownership structure rationalization, enhance the internal control ofenterprises, improve enterprise’s core competitiveness, improve the enterprise’sbusiness performance, and eventually realize the sustainable development ofenterprises. Therefore, this article focuses on analyzing the relationship between thecorporate governance structure and corporate performance, it is concluded that theoptimization of the governance structure of listed companies in China.This article selects the listed company in2013,100(33in the central region, thewestern region,33,34) in eastern part of the financial data of a-share manufacturing,first of all, based on the principal component analysis to select indicators for theperformance of listed companies, equity concentration index, the board of directorsstructure, executive compensation. Second, select the central region data respectivelyon corporate performance and ownership concentration, board structure, three seniorexecutives for regression analysis. Concluded that the listed companies in Chinaequity\"a dominant\" serious problem, still need to further optimize equity structure,smaller proportion of outside directors, the board of directors of the large-scaleagainst corporate governance, appropriate executives equity incentive can improvecompany performance. Finally, according to the east and west to verify thisconclusion. The conclusion is consistent.
