Come nearly10years, Fast Hotel appeared all over the country and got rapiddevelopment, expanded to compete for customers increasingly fierce competition,talent demand increases sharply. And for the new Fast Hotel Industry, Tradition Hoteland Fast Hotel existing talent’s requirements to the talent of the big contrast, leads tothe contradiction between the supply and the demand of talents competence. Inaddition, although great progress has been made in the study on competence theoryand using the feature model, there are also many general competency modelcompetency, but modeling and application characteristics studied less in Fast Hotelstaff, the application of the competency model of Fast Hotel is not up to the guidancefunction. This paper attempts to explore the competency Fast Hotel practitioners, toprovide reference for the hotel recruitment, selection, training, talent development.In this paper, finishing at home and abroad on competency and competencymodel theory knowledge and the research present situation, elaborated the Fast Hotelindustry characteristics, development trend and management environment, in-depthanalysis of the current quality of Fast Hotel industry employees, nearly five years ofthe new generation employees made larger changes, employee fluidity reason. Basedon the related literature research, through questionnaires, behavioral event interviewmethod, interview and investigation of Fast Hotel practitioners, the survey data wereanalyzed, obtained the staff competency elements, constructed the competency model.Taking Le A Hotel receptionist position as an example, the competency model ofapplication.The above research results, it can enrich the contents of the competency theory,but also extend the application of the competency model, providing more valuablereference for Fast Hotel to improve human resources management mode.
