Numerous studies show that corporate culture has great impact on organizationalperformance, and great significance to improvement of enterprises competitiveness.Since decades of China’s reform and open policy, the domestic economy has madeconsiderable progress, and the private economy emergent suddenly,withcharacteristics of localization, the large number of the most active, etc. Sustained,healthy and stable development of our national private enterprises plays strategicsignificance in national economy. During the Modernization of private enterprises inthe management of the exploration process, more attention paid to and strengthencultural construction work, however the mechanism and effectiveness of thecorporate culture on organizational performance start late.On the basis of previous theory studies, the thesis attempts to introduceorganizational learning capability as intermediate variables. Study corporate cultureof private enterprise on the impact mechanism of organizational performance. Tomake this research more practical significance and validity, three aspects of theresearch work are carried out in the thesis, centralized the core central question ofcorporate culture on organizational performance impact mechanism.The paper firstly describes the background, significance, purpose and content.Based on theory documentary,Compose research framework between corporateculture, organizational behavior and organizational performance. Finally, this studyuses empirical research methods to Study employee satisfaction survey results ofprivate enterprise of FL company in Y2011and Y2012as a sample, by usingquantitative and qualitative analysis, proceed the model validation. According to theempirical results discussion, the paper draws the main following conclusions(1)Organizational capability and organizational performance has a strongpositive effect, with direct negative effects.(2) Organizational capability influence on organizational performancecorporate culture stronger than the impact on organizational performance intensity. (3)Organizational performance of corporate culture and organizationalbehavior has a direct positive effect both capacity and weaker negative effects.In concluding section, the author present recommendations of enterprise cultureconstruction practices to the Chinese private enterprises in the future, by combiningresults of this study, and highlight the limitations of this study, and prospects forfurther research as well.Through this research, some practical guidance of corporate culture constructionmight be provided to our private enterprises, be helpful to understand the errorsduring corporate culture construction. and guide enterprises to carry out scientificenterprise culture construction work effectively, draw attention to organizationalbehavior abilities, promote organizational performance, and hopefully, this articleenrich and improve the relevant theories of corporate culture.
