FDI (Foreign Direct Investment, FDI) as an international economic phenomenon in the last century, since the middle of last century’s foreign direct investment by multinational corporations in the form of global expansion, to promote the internationalization of production and capital, promote international trade, promote the rapid development of the world economy has made tremendous contributions. As the world’s largest developing country, China’s foreign direct investment despite a late start, but developing rapidly.Since the reform and opening up, China has gradually become a major country to absorb foreign investment. In this process, China’s economic growth has been rapid, but it also makes foreign manufacturers to enter more intense competition in the domestic market. Under such a strong competitive pressures, companies began to realize that if you do not enhance their core competitiveness, will certainly be out of the market. But when companies lack core technology and advanced management methods, which is what foreign companies are proud of advantage, so they learn to become a corporate pass.
