The Research Of The Influence Factors Of China's Locational Choice Of Outward Foreign Direct Investment In The Belt And Road

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous progress of China's industrialization process,China's comprehensive economic strength has been rising,and in 2010,China surpassed Japan to become the world's second largest economy.At the same time,the bilateral trade between China and the rest of the world is also developing,in 2013,China became the world's largest trading Country;and perennial foreign trade surplus also makes China's foreign exchange reserves remain high,this makes the scale of China's outward foreign direct investment continues to expand.In 2013,China proposed "The Belt and Road" Initiative,but at present,researchers mainly study the location choice of outward foreign direct investment in developed countries;therefore,there are few researchers studied the influencing factors of China's location selection of outward foreign direct investment in the Belt and Road.Under these circumstances,it is of great theoretical value to study the influencing factors of China's location selection of outward foreign direct investment in the Belt and Road.This paper analyzed the problems related to China's outward foreign direct investment in the Belt and Road with theoretical analysis and empirical analysis combine with the analysis method of index analysis method,dynamic analysis method,comparative analysis method and gravity model.First,on the basis of combing and summarizing the relevant literature of China's outward foreign direct investment in the Belt and Road,according to the differences of each country in terms of geographical location and social economy in the Belt and Road,this paper divided the Belt and Road into three parts,the north line,the middle line and south line.Secondly,based on the above analysis,this paper firstly studied the overall profile,regional country profiles and industry profiles of China's outward foreign direct investment in the Belt and Road.Afterwards,this paper selected the factors that had significant influence on China's outward foreign direct investment in the Belt and Road from the natural factors,economic factors and social factors.And then,this paper constructed the explanatory variable system based on the selected geographical distance,resource endowments and other variables,and on this basis,this paper made an empirical analysis of the factors that have significant influence on the location choice of China's outward foreign direct investment in the Belt and Road with gravity model.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the above,according to the idea of “finding problem and resolving it”,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote China's outward foreign direct investment in the Belt and Road from six aspects.
