Under the background of knowledge economy era, human resource plays a significant role on the development of the enterprise. t’s worth to mentioning that effective human res ource management supports a guarantee for enterprises to obtain the health development.As we know Compensation management is an important part of human resource managem ent and it’s establishment of corresponding rules and regulations can affect the enterprise s ystem and the process of modernization. As well as the improvement enterprise staff’s wor k enthusiasm and maintain also can. What is more,it plays an important role to the cultivat ion of the enterprise core competitive ability. The design and operation of an enterprise co mpensation system will have important and long-term effects. But in practice, some enterpr ises compensation system is not able to be fair, justice, reasonable, scientific. This incorre ct system can reduce the working enthusiasm and even affect the normal development of th e enterprise.Under the new mode in corporate governance, the technology trade oriented enterprises now are standing in the crucial period of reform. If the enterprises want to achieve sustain ed development, they should pay much more attention to the management of human resour ces, to establish and improve the self-salary system.For the enterprises by this way it is not only to obtain the power of growth,but also a key for the enterprises to import talent. This paper will take a research on the R exchange compensation system. Through studying the current compensation system and analyzing all kinds of problems appear in the original co mpensation system, as well according to the compensation theory, then formulate a compl ete set of solutions. As a result to create a goof foundation for R exchange in the future mar ket competition.This paper aims to through the analysis of R exchange existing employee compensatio n system to found out how to balance and implement employee compensation system by r easonable design technology with fairness and benefit in the legal system of policy framew ork, thus the compensation can play more effectively. In order to achieve the following two purposes: on the one hand, to improve R exchange employees’ pay satisfaction and work e fficiency, to attract, retain and motivate employees. On the other one for R exchange go in-depth stable development reserve talents and improve the comprehensive competitive adv antage.
