China’s insurance industry develops rapidly since the reform and opening up, and the insurance market competition is so intensive that the service quality has become an important factor that influences customer when choosing insurance goods. At the same time, China’s Internet economy develops vigorously with new technology, new applications emerging continuingly. The usesr pay attention to the feeling of service experience. So insurance companies improve service quality through the Internet constantly, offer the best service experience for customers, so the survival and development of the service innovation of the insurance companies has important practical significance.Based on the related theories, by analyzing the current situation of the A insurance company services and existing problems, with analysis of Internet service characteristics, comparative analysis of service conditions of Other insurance companies, in-depth analysis of the reasons of existing services problems, puts forward the innovation strategy, e.g., marketing, products, operations, IT and channels, and expounds how to improve the level of insurance service, put forward product service view by "taking the customer as the center". The insurance companies are in order to pursue the insurance service and efficiency, reduce operating costs, reduce the homogeneous inefficient competition, enhance the market competitiveness itself from the pursuit of sales performance to interacting with the consumer on Internet, contract service center to customer service center.
