In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s improving economy and people’sliving standards, the insurance business as a service also has been rapid development.Especially after China’s accession to WTO, the insurance market is completely open, thisaspect of the development of China ’s insurance industry provides some opportunities broughtgreat pressure to attract foreign investment while also based on the vision for our country’sinsurance market. Therefore, our insurance company, you want to remain invincible in thefierce competition, innovation has become a key service, has also become a domesticinsurance company has made sustainable development an inevitable choice. H insurancecompany as many domestic insurance company, a member, in recent years, but also focuseson service innovation, and has made certain achievements. But the service innovation as acomplete system, the need progressive development and, therefore, inevitably there are someproblems.Based on this, the insurance company to H as the main object of study, through literaturereview and case study research methods for H insurance company ’s service has been studiedin H insurance companies and service innovation situation analysis on the basis of theexistence of the problem of H insurance companies innovative design services, mainlyrelated to organizational innovation, technology, and products in three areas. In this study thespecific contents of the five main aspects, the first research paper in an insurance companyfor H innovative research service provides an overview of the relevant theories, including thefour-dimensional theory of insurance services, insurance services and service innovationinnovation theory model theory. Secondly, the research paper related to the above serviceinnovation based on the theory of H insurance company currently services the problems to acertain degree of analysis, and to explore the causes and effective; again to the existence of Hinsurance company service problem-based, service innovation by the whole idea of planning,from the service organization, technology, products, and the other four major aspects ofproposed specific strategies to improve service innovation capability. Finally, the full text ofthe study are summarized and prospects, and the future research directions.
