To accelerate the transformation of economic development, we must properly handle the relationship between economic development and ecological civilization, establish respect for nature, in harmony with nature, nature conservation concept of ecological civilization, closely combine economic construction and ecological civilization. Enterprises are the mainstay of the market economy, is an important carrier of ecological civilization construction. Their production and business activities, is closely related to the direct ecological civilization of the whole society. Enterprises in the context of the national ecological civilization must be the original marketing strategy to change, to adapt to the new era of ecological civilization construction. The marketing process, not only to take into account their economic benefits, but also to take into account the ecological benefits, positive economy through the development of low-carbon eco green industry chain to do bigger and stronger, good corporate marketing under the background of ecological civilization, to enhance corporate core competitiveness.This article first describes the research background, significance, the literature at home and abroad are reviewed, On the relationship between the ecological civilization and ecological marketing are discussed in this paper, on the STP, 4 P,4Cmarketing, marketing environment, customer satisfaction, social responsibility and so on enterprise marketing strategy related theory are discussed. Secondly, the paper analyzes the ecological civilization based marketing strategy implementation of the macro environment, are analyzed from the aspects of market demand based on ecological civilization perspective of market demand, and put forward the current status of China’s basic national conditions and enterprise development, enterprises implement the strategy of ecological marketing existence constraint. Third, the STP marketing strategy was proposed based on ecological civilization, and ecological civilization based of 4 p and 4 c marketing strategy;Fourth, in order to more effective and intuitive marketing strategy implementation effect evaluation based on ecological civilization, The article tries to build enterprise ecological effect of marketing strategy measure and evaluation index system and model, And verified with HE company as a case, using the model of HE company to evaluate the ecological effect of marketing strategy, will be the result of contrast to verify the operability of the model and scientific; Finally, the full text is summarized and prospect.
