| Competition in banking industry becomes increasingly fierce in today’s world. A variety of “new normal†have emerged, such as policy of deposit insurance system, advancement of interest rate liberalization, rise of internet finance, and constant acceleration of financial disintermediation. Against such backdrop, banking industry shall understand new normal, adapt to new normal, and lead new normal. In order to maintain an invincible position in the intense competition, all the employees of the enterprise are required to play an active part. The bank can achieve its strategic goals by relying on its employees, while compensation is the inner factor to motivate the initiative of employees. Therefore, a complete and incentive compensation system becomes a key factor for banks to effectively attract talents, retain talents and stimulate talents, so as to improve its core competition.Starting with literature analysis and organization, and by collecting data through enterprise interview and practical investigation, this research first explores the compensation system adopted in DC Rural Credit Union and analyzes the defects of the system, then re-designs a new compensation regulation practical to DC Rural Credit Union with the method of combining theory with practice, reconstructs a reasonable compensation system, and probes into a scientific compensation management method. |
