Since the reform and opening up 30 years, the development of the non-publiceconomic development has made great contribution to the Chinese economictake-off.Along with the development of non-public economic, as the new social strata,the non-public economic organizations practitioners are also quietly rise,become anew force of the socialist modernization construction and an important socialstrength.The traditional social structure of the "two classes and one stratum"(theworking class, the peasant class and intellectuals) has been broken.Characteristicsof mobility and openness about non-public economic organizations practitioners aredetermined that the new social strata is different from the traditional social strata. Thenew changes in the social structure bring severe challenge to the ruling foundation ofthe Communist Party of China.Therefore, in the new historical conditions, theCommunist Party of China want to obtain the political identity of non-publiceconomic organizations practitioners, and get this one strata support, so thatcan consolidate the ruling status of the party in a further way, and expand the massfoundation of the party, and realize the national long period of stability. It has theextremely vital significance.Political identity is the premise and foundation to win the trust of the rulingparty. It is a key element of the ruling party to get the ruling legitimacy at a peace oftime, and it is related to the ruling party whether can long-ruling and effectivelyruling in power.In the current build comparatively well-off society in the round andthe key historical period to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,thenon-public economy play an important role in promoting the development of nationaleconomy and realize the harmony and stability of our society.Therefore,the rulingparty must obtain non-public economic organizations practitioners of politicalidentity in a greatest degree.However, after China’s economic development hasentered a new normal, many new situations and new problems are faced.There aredifferent kinds of conflicts of interests interweave each other in the process of socialtransformation that the old order continues to be destroyed and the new ordercontinues to be set up.The system construction of lag that exacerbate the problem ofthe imbalance in the distribution of benefits,and the western values impact people’sconcept of value.The party’s political identity basic has been shaken. The non-publiceconomic organizations practitioners of party’s political identity tend to beweaken. The ruling party must attach more attention to it.In this paper,we has done a summary and literal review about the developmentprocess non-public economic organizations and party policies on non-publiceconomy after the reform and opening up.Accord to the relevant principles ofpolitical identity and civic culture,this paper take the Political cognition--Politicalemotion--Political evaluation--Political participation as analysis framework toanalyze the non-public economic organization staff performance and reasons ofweakening the party’s political identification by the methods ofcombine questionnaire investigation with interview.On the basis of this,this paper putforward some effective measures that can enhance the non-public economicorganizations practitioners of the party’s political identity,which from the fourdimensions of the system construction, the united front work, ideological, culturaland so on.
