In recent years, with the rapid growth of the world economy, climate change and resource depletion issues are taken seriously, developed country governments have introduced incentive policies to support new energy industry. Facing to the competitive advantage of the new energy industry in developed country, Chinese government increased support for new energy. This paper embarks from the technical efficiency of new energy industry in China and analyze the factors affecting the technical efficiency. Whether from the reason of company or its own national, to improve the competitiveness of new energy listing Corporation has important practical significance to accelerate the development of Chinese energy industry.This paper mainly studies the technical efficiency of the new energy industrial listing Corporation in China, and analyze its influence factors. Structure the stochastic frontier analysis(SFA) method, according to the characteristics of the new energy industry, the Author choose the BC(1995) model of SFA. And then, structure the logarithmic Cobb Douglas production function, to measure the technical efficiency 34 new energy listing Corporation of China during 2010-2013. In the empirical analysis of the technical efficiency of income on the basis of the new energy industry listing Corporation, Structure the Tobit panel econometric model, analysis of the factors affecting technical efficiency.The results of the study are as follows:From the situation of technical efficiency measure, the level of technical efficiency of China’s new energy industry value is 0.8138, the overall level of technical efficiency still have some way to go. Five types of new energy, the highest level of technical efficiency is nuclear energy, The second is the biomass energy, behind the three ordinal for solar energy, hydropower and wind. From 2010-2013, Affected by industrial policy, Technical efficiency level of industry overall has been promoted in 2011. Despite the fall in the basis of the previous year, in 2013, the overall trend is relatively stable.From the factors affecting technical efficiency, Through the analysis we know that Company size was negatively correlated with the technical efficiency of new energy listing Corporation; The first shareholders is positively correlated with new energy listing Corporation; Ownership concentration and the technical efficiency of new energy listing Corporation had significant positive correlation; A negative correlation but not significant technical efficiency of staff quality and new energy listing Corporation. According to the empirical analysis results, in this paper, from the the micro level of enterprise development and the macro level of national policy, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions.
