The automotive industry is a high capital- technology and high intensive, high industrial concentration industry, also strong association characteristics of the industryrepresents the overall economic strength of a country. Its level of development and innovation capacity has become the driving force and the whole region’s economic and social development of the country, reflecting a national level of industrialization, technological level and innovation. Improve the ability of private industrial innovation will be the primary task of China’s automobile industry in the future for a long time, and only truly internalize the core technology in order to enhance the core competitiveness of the automotive industry, and also in order to make China’s domestic auto brands remain the world’s forests.In order to make the private automobile enterprises to be invincible in the world automotive brands, research and innovation capability is the primary private car companies, the theoretical significance of this study lies in our ability to innovate. On the one hand,to expand the private car industry specific research, on the other hand, using the empirical analysis method to analyze the status of private automobile industry innovation capability, and learn foreign and other properties to enhance the experience of the automotive industry innovation capability, enrich the research methods automotive industry innovation capability and content.
