At present academia on the relationship between training and performance has been a great investment, forming for the characteristics of e-commerce enterprise new management style, but in combination with the characteristics of business enterprise still exist gaps in academic research on the relationship between training and performance. In view of this, this article analysis the structure and characteristic of on-line sales staff, combining with the characteristics of business enterprise on the basis of the impact of various segments, training factors in the intermediary role of organizational commitment and job satisfaction of sales. Combined with the research conclusion, we can know how to set up the training system, and what should be different in the training of different sales personnel, in order to design the business enterprise training system building and training scheme can be more reasonable, the training effect will be more efficient.Based on the research before analysis, optimization of late prophase research, training evaluation, training on how electricity supplier sales behavior performance and results performance impact analysis are discussed, and the introduction of the personal satisfaction, pay satisfaction promotion satisfaction, corporate identity, corporate loyalty as intermediary to study whether the variables and the mediating role of intermediary role in what kind of training on performance in analysis.The sample of this study targeted from Alibaba, Baidu Nuomi and Jingdong ecommerce enterprises, build a research model in order to study the effects of screening and classification, and the use of structural equation modeling and other statistical analysis methods of science, to study and analyze the sample model, the following conclusions: training, job satisfaction, organizational commitment to performance on the performance are significant influence on organizational commitment to performance, training, and training a significant effect on job satisfaction is part of the establishment.In this paper, research on effects of training on performance, the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the dual variables, this is an innovative point of this study is different from previous similar research, the analysis results will be more comprehensive, relatively speaking, the research results are more close to the actual situation, to for the business enterprise manager directly gives the construction advice, help the business enterprise management to optimize the construction of training system, in order to improve the training efficiency, bring more than input output.
