| New urbanization and traditional urbanization is different,it is made on the basis of China’s national conditions and the present situation of economic and social development of the inevitable strategic choice,new urbanization in relate to the rural population of reduce,urban population increase on the basis,an increase of the principles of sustainable development,by the one-sided pursuit of speed change for the construction of the quality of urbanization,adhere to the people-oriented,urban and rural harmonious development.Rizhao City is a coastal city of Shandong,its economic development and urbanization development has important influence on the economic development of the surrounding areas.This paper first analyzes the meaning of new urbanization,put forward the measure model of Urbanization,for the analysis of the degree of development of Urbanization. Secondly,in the evaluation of basic development related indicator of economic development level,social development indicators,indicators of ecological environment of Ri Zhao City new town, the use of SWOT model for Ri Zhao City new urbanization development status were analyzed; Again,the development of urbanization USA, Europe and Brazil and other typical countries and the Yangtze River Delta and other domestic typical region are studied, and summarizes its development characteristics,sum up its experience, explores the general rules, provide a reference for the development of Ri Zhao City new urbanization; Finally, the Ri Zhao City new urbanization development put forward countermeasures and suggestions. |
