Land market is both important practical problems of China’s economic and social development, which is the focus of the study of human geography. In the context of the transformation of Chinese urbanization and the construction of land market, this study has very important significance. This paper, based on collecting large amounts of data and previous studies, does some researches about the spatial and temporal characteristics of land market supplying and explores the internal mechanism of the land market development by taking Nanjing City Proper as the research subject in the perspective of street by applying the methods of spatial analysis in statistical analysis and ESDA and Kring interpolation method. Results of this study are as follows:1) The supply, the way,and the price of land market are closely related to the national macro-control, furthermore, the 2008 and 2010 year become important nodes which reflect fluctuations of land supply. Spatial distribution of land supply, which shows that the layout is consistent with the characteristics of urban planning, tilted to new districts. On supply structure, both the amount of residential and commercial land supply are more dispersed, more evenly distributed among the various districts and streets, however, the amount of industrial land supply is more concentrated, distributed between industrial parks. Land market is influenced by the national land policy on municipal level and more influenced by local government regulation, needs of the population and urban development strategy on micro-level, such as districts, streets and blocks.2) Three premium exhibits isotropic features. Residential land price presents the characteristics of spatial autocorrelation interpolation in the whole area, followed by commercial land, which spatial correlation distance is 30.45km, and industrial land 11.97km. Nugget effect proportion of three land prices are small, indicating that the impact of urban land inside the random factors on the price of land is much smaller than the impact of structural factors, such as transportation, environment, and infrastructure. By Kriging interpolation technique, we find that the spatial distributions of selling price are different in different land price. Residential land price is consistent with the level of environmental quality, showing a trend of shift from the center to periphery of the city. Residential price changes in the larger area is located in west of Hexi New Town, surrounding Xuanwu Lake, Nanjing Railway South Station, and Xianlin University Town, University Town of JiangNing district, greatly influenced by environment, city plan and transportation facilities. Commercial land price shows a single central structure, reflecting a trend of shift from the center to periphery of the city. The high value areas are concentrated near the center of the city-Xinjiekou, Hunan Road, Confucius Temple District and other traditional business district. Industrial land price shows a typical multi-center pattern, which is determined mainly by outbound traffic conditions, environmental costs and the policy effected. Industry land is located far from the city center, along the trend of industrial zones and industrial agglomeration area.3) Development of the land market is the result of many factors, including the land market operation mechanism itself and government regulation outside. Operating mechanism include power and demand factors, the government plays an important role in building in the land market through the supply of land, the way, the price of macro-control. Urban per capita disposable income, real estate investment, land area per capita, investment in fixed assets promote the extent of land market. Non-agricultural output value of a share of GDP is a negative factor.
