Urban land is the collective name of land for certain uses and functions within the urban planning area,and it is also the carrier of socio-economic development in the region.With the rapid advancement of industrialization,urbanization,and informatization in China,the structure and form of urban land in the past few decades have undergone earth-shaking changes.Our country has more people and less land,and the population is unevenly distributed.The economic development is unbalanced,leading to increasingly prominent conflicts between man and land.Due to the scarcity of land resources,the intensive use of land is the material basis for the sustainable development of cities in China.The irrational use of urban land not only restricts the full utilization of its multi-functional advantages,but also may cause the worsening of urban diseases such as population aggregation,traffic congestion,environmental deterioration,housing prices soaring,and employment difficulties.Ha-Da-Qi industrial Corridor is an important part of the strategy of rejuvenation in Northeast China,how to quickly grasp the characteristics of space-time expansion of urban land and its driving.The mechanism is of great significance for improving and improving the benefits of urban land under the background of new urbanization,industrialization,and informatization,and has laid a solid foundation for the revitalization of the Northeast economy.This article takes five cities along the Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor as the research object,and obtains remote sensing image data of 2000,2005,2010 and 2015,integrating multi-period,multi-source,multi-scale urban land use databases.Based on different urban land expansion intensity and index indices,growth elasticity coefficient,compactness,fragmentation,coefficient of variation,fractal dimension index model,and center-of-gravity transfer model,the spatial-temporal pattern of urban land use at the four node years in the study area was studied.Detailed evaluation and quantitative analysis of the internal and external driving forces of urban land expansion,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)In this paper,using the 3S technology combined with statistical data verification,a database of urban construction land along the Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor was constructed from 2000 to 2015.From 2000 to 2015,the net growth of land for urban construction on the HaDa-Qi Industrial Corridor was nearly 100%.During the period of research,the expansion of construction land in Harbin,Daqing,and Qiqihar prevailed over Anda and Zhaodong.(2)From the perspective of expansion intensity,expansion speed,and elastic growth coefficient,urban construction land presents a rapid expansion from 2000 to 2015,but land use efficiency is low;from 2000 to 2010,the urban expansion pattern of the corridor is simple,and the urban FDI is less than 1.5;From 2010 to 2015,the model of urban expansion in the corridors tends to be diversified,with irregular urban margins and complex forms.(3)From 2000 to 2015,the Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor presented a spatial pattern of ‘three cores,one axis and two branches' in general.From 2000 to 2015,the construction land in Harbin showed the development pattern of “jumping in the north,extension in the south,improvement in the east and expansion in the west”;Qiqihar City showed an oblique “up” character expansion;Daqing City showed an oblique “T” expansion pattern.Anda City showed an "umbrella" pattern,and Zhaodong City formed a hammer-type development pattern.(4)From 2000 to 2015,the center of urban construction land in Qiqihar will move to the northeast and southwest,and the moving distance will gradually increase.The southwest direction will be the expansion hotspot;the land for urban construction in Daqing will move in the southwest,southeast,and southwest direction,and the southwest direction of Daqing City.The hot spots in the development of cities in Honggang District and Datong District;the southwest and northwest of Harbin have become the hotspots for urban expansion;the centers of land use for urban construction in Anda and Zhaodong have always shifted towards the northeast and southwest respectively,and the offset distance has been continuously expanding.(5)Economic factors in the process of urban expansion of Ha-Da-Qi industrial corridor> Population factors> Traffic factors,policy factors> Natural factors.In 2000-2005 and 2005-2010,Harbin,Daqing and Qiqihaer were mainly population-driven expansion and populationfunded mixed expansion.From 2000 to 2010,the urban land expansion of Jidong and Anda was mainly population-driven expansion;2010-In 2015,the urban expansion of the Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor was mainly capital-and economic-driven expansion.Its expansion speed and intensity were faster than the previous stage.(6)Analysis of regression results shows that economic development,urbanization rate,and industrial restructuring play a decisive role in expanding the urban land area of the Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor;the proportions of the primary industry and the secondary industry are the two indicators for the urban land expansion of the corridor.Significant negative effects,such as GDP,total fixed asset investment,and urbanization rate,have a significant positive effect.
