An Analysis Report On Satisfaction Of South Asia Exhibitors In China - South Asia Expo

CHINA-SOUTH ASIA Expo is a comprehensive exhibition in China which sets trade, investment, cultural and tourism cooperation as a whole. It is a cooperation platform between China and South Asian countries. South Asian exhibitors’ satisfaction level will determine the success of China and South Asia regional exchanges and cooperation. Thus, it is necessary to improve the exhibition services aimed at South Asian exhibitors.The thesis constructs the exhibitor satisfaction index system aimed at South Asian exhibitors in CHINA-SOUTH ASIA Expo. The weight of each observation variables is determined by using the principal component analysis. Based on primary data from the 2nd CHINA-SOUTH ASIA Expo survey, the thesis calculates the comprehensive score of South Asian exhibitor satisfaction. Take weighted value 0.050 and South Asian exhibitor comprehensive satisfaction score 3.42(68.4%) as a benchmark, 20 observation variables are divided into four areas: advantage area, key improvement area, maintaining area and attention area. Aimed at this four areas, the thesis proposes countermeasures to improve South Asian exhibitors’ satisfaction level in CHINA-SOUTH ASIA Expo.
