An Empirical Study On The Impact Of Financial Education Expenditure On Local Economy In Yunnan Province

The advent of knowledge economy makes more and more people realize the importance of education. As early as 1995, our country puts forward the strategy of invigorating the country, it has already established education and science the strong position in our country’s social development. Adhere to the education oriented, enhancing our scientific and technological strength with education, and transforming into productive forces, to promote economic development. Although our country’s various provinces have actively promoted the development of education with policy making and funds supporting, but endowment difference makes different provinces the level of fiscal education expenditure different,some provinces in the larger gap. Yunnan Province with backward economy, has a big gap in the fiscal education expenditure with other provinces, so this paper taking Yunnan Province as the research object, analyses the effect of the fiscal education expenditure on regional economic.With reading literature and viewing data, this paper summarizes and analyzes the status of Yunnan province of the expenditure on education and the economic development. Through establishing the econometric model, analyze the relationship between the fiscal education expenditure and economic growth in Yunnan province,and dynamic relationship with the economic development, and some relevant conclusions are obtained: the fiscal expenditure on education is the cause of economic growth, in which the financial expenditure of secondary education for the contribution rate of economic growth having the biggest contribution rate; the long-term positive response to fiscal education expenditure on economic development exists, which is conducive to the rationalization and advancement of industrial structure. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of fiscal education expenditure and empirical, finding that the fiscal expenditure on education in sufficient, unbalance of structure of hierarchy and region, these problems affect the fiscal education expenditure for economic development promotion, therefore this paper on these issues puts forward the relevant suggestions, hoping to provide a reference for perfecting fiscal education expenditure in Yunnan province.
