Research On The Important Risk Decision - Making Model Of Innovative Enterprises' Continuous Innovation Process

Innovative enterprises are the companies that are based on the concept of innovation as the core values and culture. Under the background of the integration of the world economy, our country’s economic growth, social progress and upgrading national comprehensive strength all they need to put innovation as the fundamental point with rapid development of information technology, science and technology. The core of the national development strategy is to build an innovation-oriented country and improve the ability of independent innovation was provided in the 17 th party congress report. In 2006, the central committee of CPC, the state council and other relevant departments put forward to the strategic decision to build an innovation-oriented country, and it’s a major strategic decisions that has a great influence on the socialist modernization construction in global. On this basis, the state Ministry of Science and Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the All China Federation of Trade Unions jointly implemented a “technological innovation to guide engineering”, and then put forward to realize the strategic target of an innovative country in 2020. As the process of the pilot work of innovative enterprises in China, so far, our country has increased the number of innovative enterprises. Therefore, we know that the country’s independent innovation ability was significantly enhanced. And the place that around of the country began the innovative enterprises pilot work with the driven by the pilot and innovative companies in the country, and get good grades. But with the development of innovative enterprise, the problem also arises in the process of continues innovation, especially the risk problem in the process of continuous innovation. Therefore, this article based on the significant risk of innovative enterprise continuous innovation process of continuous innovation as the starting point, explore major risk’s decision model of the process of innovative enterprises’ continuous innovation.The research content of this article mainly divides into three parts. Firstly, by analyzing the current situation of the development of innovative enterprises in Yunnan, then the writer points out its existing problems that will provide the practice for the research of this paper. And analyzing the decision model of significant risk of the continuous innovation process in innovative enterprise, and then this paper discusses significant risk of the innovative enterprise continuous innovation process concept, connotation and characteristics, and analyzes the significant risk decision model of innovative enterprise continuous innovation process, and suppose the major risk decision model including four aspects, that is major risk identification, measurement, risk countermeasures decision and the decision. Secondly, analyzing the decision-making process of the significant risk, the writer designs the major risk factors of innovative enterprise sustainable innovation process index system, namely the five first-level indicators, thirty-two secondary indexes. And then established the extension matter-element model of significant risk discovery and identification, and using the case as the empirical analysis for major risk identification model, and then identify significant risks of innovative enterprise continuous innovation process. Finally, on this basis, the writer also builds on fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method of innovative enterprise continuous innovation process to measure the significant risk and using the TOPSIS model of the Multiple attribute decision we build the model of the decision of risk countermeasure, and use case carries on the empirical research respectively.
