Research On The Decision-making Model Of Innovative Innovation Opportunities For Innovative Enterprises

Based on the practice of some innovative enterprises in China,this paper constructs the innovation opportunities of innovative enterprises based on the theory of continuous innovation,opportunity management theory,decision theory and system engineering theory,using text mining,technical road map and visual expression.Decision-making model,in order to achieve the opportunity to enhance the decision-making capacity of innovative enterprises and the purpose of the level.First of all,this paper constructs the hypothetical set of innovative enterprises from the aspects of major ecological opportunities,technical opportunities,operators' opportunities,major innovation project opportunities and risk opportunities,and identifies them through factor analysis and multiple regression models.The key opportunity set of innovation opportunity is created.Secondly,the key opportunity of innovation is set as the index system,and the innovation opportunity measurement model based on attribute measurement method is constructed.The model is checked by the actual case of Yunnan Copper Group.Then,The decision-making model of opportunistic fuzzy multi-attribute opportunity is established by combining multi-attribute decision-making method with the characteristics of opportunity decision-making.This paper evaluates the opportunity decision-making plan from the five indicators attributes of profit,cost,loss,risk and regret value,and then selects the satisfactory opportunity decision-making plan.The paper analyzes the decision-making plan of Yunnan Copper Group and the analysis of the opportunity evaluation results.The Finally,this paper constructs the innovation and decision-making mechanism of innovation-oriented enterprises from three aspects: the organizational structure of opportunity and decision-making mechanism,the construction of personnel facilities,the innovation mechanism of innovation-oriented enterprises,and the construction of the forecast mechanism of the important opportunities of innovative enterprises.In short,this paper from the perspective ofcontinuous innovation to explore the construction of innovative enterprises to deepen and improve the theory of continuous innovation,enrich and develop innovative management and opportunity management theory has important theoretical value.At the same time,the research results of this paper are a kind of reference for the innovation enterprises of our country,especially the enterprises in the western provinces and regions,which are better able to identify,evaluate and make decisions in the process of continuous innovation,and support the government management Innovation-oriented enterprises to provide theoretical basis for the construction of innovative national strategic objectives to provide protection.
