Characteristics, Demonstration And Enlightenment Of Land Use Pattern In Yunnan Province Based On Land Ecology Ethics

With the evolution of the man-land relationship, it has progressively come into being interdependence, mutual limitation and mutual harmonization. In this process, some of the irrational land use patterns is a serious threat to ecological security of land, which formed the restriction on human development. Land ecological ethics as Standards of behavior norms to coordinate man and land use, plays an important part of the man-land relationship evolution. In coordinating progressively sharp conflicts between people and land, it can reasonably regulate land development and utilization of human behavior and the formation of regional sustainable land use patterns adapted to local conditions. However, the current land development and use of human activities, seriously violated basic fundamentals of land ecological ethics, causing the land ecologic demolition and environmental contamination, soil erosion, desert encroachment, biodiversity decline, soil contamination, water pollution and other issues are particularly grave. Therefore, during the process of land development and use, following the basic norms of behavior between man and land, rational development, utilization and preservation, regulation of limited land resources to achieve sustainable land utilization, are need scientifically and systematically research of land ecological ethics basic theory and practice.Accordingly, this paper aims to build an initial land use patterns of land-based ecological ethics, through summarized-interpret method, contrast analysis method, document research methods, systematic analysis of the basic theories of the relevant land ethics, evolution and behavior norms, select typical cases of the land use patterns to study characteristic of different regions and experience and lessons of land use patterns. On this basis, summarized the basic content of land-use model of the concept, connotation, basic principles, objectives, to supply theoretic and practical foundation for the sustainable utilization of land.The main results are as following by studying:(1) Land use affected by many factors, is a system engineering. The whole land ecological ethics involves complex factors in the land use pattern formation of the man-land relationship, standard of conduct, to build a new system of man-land ethic value scale. The formation and application of their ideas have many theories as a basis for support, the focuses are theory of man-land relationship, theory of sustainable development and theory of ecological ethics.(2) The relationship between man and land-use evolution in different periods of development of social and economic, ecological land ethic idea is the result of the formation and use of human understanding of land-use development and deepening. In this process, four basic patterns of land use has formed, namely the original pattern, self-support pattern, commodity-based pattern and sustainable land-use pattern. These land-use patterns’ evolution is to follow the first humans revere nature, rely on nature, transform nature and even conquest it to such a development trend of person and natural harmony, the ultimate goal is to abide by the basic norms of behavior of land ecological ethics idea for the sake of achieving human harmony.(3) Yunnan, as a representative province full of containing mountains and land ecological fragile zone, in the period of land empoldering and utilization, has formed a number of land ecological ethics to follow the pattern of land use, there are also contrary to the behavior standard of land and unreasonable land use pattern, through the studying of the five modes of regional characteristics, experience and lessons show that land use pattern formation is territorial, which is a product of regional nature, society,economy, politics, institution and cultural customs combining. The successful typical case is not only to follow the of land ecological ethics code of conduct, but also continuous improvement and development of such a code of conduct based on regional characteristics and socio-economic development. To form a rational land-use model, it requires taking measures to suit the local situation, reasonable layout, the masses of the people actively involved in and to respect the regional culture and customs.(4) Based on land ecological ethics, land use pattern requires a systematic land ecological ethics analysis system, mainly related to land ecological ethics and land-use patterns of land-based ecological ethics concepts defining characteristic connotation, basic principles, objectives, forming conditions systematic study factors and safeguards. On this basis, in order to practice and adapt to this system of regional social, economic and ecological requirements of harmony, still taking Yunnan province as an illustration, proposed the development direction of future varieties in land-use patterns in the region, for the maintenance of regional coordination of people and land relations provide a theoretical and practical support for the development.
