In 2014, the domestic economic slowdown, financial pressures increased significantly, profit growth is slowing down, also under more stringent regulatory environment, enterprise financial intermediary business and trade business growth also slowed. And at the same time, China’s financial industry also faces the international market the huge challenges, especially commercial banks, as the main body of financial industry is faced with a completely competitive market environment,foreign companies rely on the strong financial strength, excellent asset quality and advanced experience management model further with our country commercial bank seize market share. In the face of the severe challenge of internal and external,financial enterprises of our country still exist some contradictions and problems, such as institutions jumbled, overstaffing, predicament of low efficiency of management,the internal organization of unscientific and imperfections become a bottleneck restricting the development of financial enterprises. For the long-term, sustained and stable development, organizational change and innovation will become the theme of the financial operation of enterprises. Based on organization innovation and organizational past performance research results and the literature, to our financial enterprises in 48 listed companies as the research object, through the form of questionnaire survey, to our country commercial should be innovation organization to make evaluation, the total issued 100 questionnaires, 75 valid questionnaires were recovered, and use CSMAR database and reporting, query financial data in the 48 financial enterprises 2011~20113, to spss19.0 of data for processing and analysis,through empirical analysis to explore the influence of financial enterprises organizational innovation on organizational performance. The empirical results are as follows:(1) organizational innovation on organizational performance have a significant positive impact. The activities of the organization innovation in financial enterprises, will help improve the profitability and development capacity of the organization.(2) process innovation on the profitability of the organization have significant positive effects, cultural innovation and structure innovation ability of organization and development has a significant role in promoting.Combined with the actual situation of China’s financial industry and management enlightenment as follows:(1) financial organizational performance improvement,cannot work in a certain aspects of organizational innovation, for example, only pay attention to cultural construction and not simultaneously optimization of organization structure and business process, these three aspects of organizational innovation are interdependent and promote each other, need financial enterprises taking into account,could not attend.(2) culture of innovation, structure innovation in improving the ability of organization and development has a significant role, financial enterprises need in the construction of a culture of innovation, organizational structure optimization to increase capital investment and human capital investment, to improve the competitiveness of financial enterprises, and promote sustained and steady development of enterprises.(3) process innovation on the profitability of the organization have a significant positive impact, financial enterprises to improve organizational performance and need to design to the market as the guidance, take the customer as the center of the business process. The research results can make more effective use of organizational innovation activities, to promote enterprise performance improvement, so as to improve the enterprise competitive advantage.
