An Empirical Study On The Relationship Between Technological Progress And Its Total Employment And Structure In Shanxi Province

Employment is the people's livelihood,is one of the hot issues of today's society.In order to better solve the employment problem,the government has taken many measures,scholars have carried out a lot of related research.According to previous studies,there are many factors influencing employment.Among them,technological progress is an important factor affecting labor employment.Different scholars have studied the relationship between technological progress and employment in different provinces and different provinces.However,the situation of technological progress and employment relations in Shanxi Province has not yet been studied.Shanxi Province in recent years the employment situation is not optimistic,need to conduct research from all aspects.So,how does the level of technological progress in Shanxi affect its employment? This question is worthy of study.Therefore,this paper will be for the technical progress in Shanxi Province and the relationship between labor and employment empirical study.Based on the theory of employment,based on the statistical yearbook data of Shanxi Province from 2000 to 2014,this paper uses the statistical method to study the relationship between technological progress and employment in Shanxi province.Specifically,this paper studies the impact of technological progress on employment from both the total employment and the employment structure.First,the statistical method is used to derive the total technological progress and employment in Shanxi Province according to the statistical data.Shanxi Province,technological progress and employment(1)Shanxi Province,technological progress has a positive effect on the total employment;(2)Shanxi Province,the technology of Shanxi Province,the relationship between the number of employment and the employment structure,the relationship between the employment structure and the employment structure,(3)Shanxi's technological progress has positive effect on the employment structure of the secondary industry;(4)Shanxi's technological progress also has a positive effect on the employment structure of the tertiary industry;finally,the technological progress of the tertiary industry has a positive effect on the employment structure of the tertiaryindustry;,According to the conclusion,from the government,business and individual three levels of corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This article is helpful to understand the relationship between technological progress and labor and employment in Shanxi Province,which is of great significance to improve the employment situation in Shanxi Province.In particular,the relationship between technological progress and employment in Shanxi Province can be further dominant.Secondly,in theory,it can clarify the relationship between technological progress and employment in Shanxi Province,which enriches the relationship between technological progress and employment Finally,in practice,by understanding the technological progress of Shanxi Province,its employment and employment structure of the relationship between the relationship,can solve the employment problem in Shanxi Province to provide some inspiration.
