Research On The Impact Of Technological Progress On Changes In Industrial Structure

Since the reform and opening up,with the development of science and technology,the economic development of Shandong province has made great achievements.The industrial structure has been improved in the direction of rationalization and advancement.However,Shandong is still facing the problem of how to rely on scientific and technological progress to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and the sustainable development of economic connotation.Especially in 13 th Five-Year,Shandong's economy is developing rapidly and the rate of technological upgrading is speeding up.Therefore,study on the impact of technological progress on Shandong's industrial structure change and analysis of the impact route not only to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Shandong,and promote the economic development of Shandong.At the same time,the related research can also give reference to other regions,and promote the overall economic development in china.The paper first introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of technological progress and industrial structure.And analyzes the influence path of technological progress on industrial structure from consumption structure,production structure,foreign trade structure,employment structure and investment structure.It laid the foundation for further research.Secondly,the empirical analysis of the impact of technological progress on the industrial structure changes in Shandong Province:(1)By using the production function and Solow residual method to calculate the level of technological progress in Shandong.And the results are analyzed and tested.(2)Considering the two indexes of the rationalization index and the upgrading index.This paper constructs an index system of 8 indexes to evaluate the change of industrial structure in Shandong.(3)Analyze the causal relationship between technological progress and the comprehensive evaluation index of industrial structure by using Factor analysis and Granger causality test.The results show that they are reciprocal causation.Finally,analyze the path of industrial structure change of Shandong province.It is believed that Shandong has the following problems in terms of relying on technological progress to promote the optimization of industrial structure: the consumption rate is generally low,The number of international leading scientific and technological achievements of the three industry is relatively low,the degree of dependence on foreign trade has a large fluctuation,and development is not smooth,the first industry employment population ratio is high,and the third industryis low.The following countermeasures are put forward: Develop agricultural technology and perfect modern agriculture to improve the income of the farmers to open the rural consumer market.Improve the technological content of scientific and technological achievements to improve the production structure.Develop supporting technology of foreign trade to optimize foreign trade structure.Broaden the service industry and develop high-tech industry to improve the labor structure.
