We can take following measure: enlarging water electricity and nuclear electricity development dynamics, developing the non-water renewable energy electricity generation positively, carrying out the intelligent electrical network construction with steady steps. Third, If we want to impel electric power industry under the low-carbon environmental protection policy, it is difficult to arrive at the goal only depend on electric power industry itself. The government must formulate the corresponding policy such as consuming legal laws and regulations to the electric power industry, consuming economic policy to the electric power industry under consummation low-carbon environmental protection policy, improving market mechanism to development of electric power industry low carbonization, and realizing responsibility system to electric power industry low-carbon environmental protection goal.The innovation of this article has two points:This article analysis the present development as well as the low-carbon environmental protection situation of electric power industry.
