Study On The Present Situation Of Land Use And Its Optimal Allocation

Land resource is the basis of regional development, the direction and the prospect of regional development are affected by land use structure change directly, the main target of regional macro regulation is the optimal allocation of land use structure, and the optimal allocation of land resource is to realize the regional social benefits, ecological benefits and economic benefits. The land use quantity structure configuration and the spatial structure configuration are two aspects of Land use structure optimization of configuration, it not only can provides theoretical basis for regional planning, but also is beneficial to realize the regional sustainable development. With the rapidly development of urban in China,the contradiction between supply and demand of urban land use is growing, meanwhile land ecological effects are also receding. So,how to solve the use of urban land resource allocation effectively, make its can support the urban development, but also ensure the sustainable utilization has become the problem that we must be considered. Optimal allocation of land is an effective means,it can not only to optimize the layout of the structure with a macro perspective, but also make a reasonable allocation for every influence factors with a microperspective, allowing it to realize optimization configuration.In this paper, by analysing the present situation of land utilization in our country, summarizing the results of previous studies on the main land use to define of related theories and concepts, by analysingthe status of land resources, geology, topography, geomorphology and the way of land use at the Huichuan district of Zunyi city, to summarize the changesin the recent years about agricultural land, construction land, forest land, grassland and unused land at this area, and carries on the quantitative analysis by the analytic hierarchy process and matrix model, puts forward the path of land optimal allocation of Huichuan district, by perfecting urban land allocation mechanism, strengthening the protection of ecological land, improving the quality of cultivated land, establishingthe rural house sitesystem, building land protection information system and enhancing land use plan, to form specific measures of land use optimization atHuichuan district.
