With the speeding up of economic globalization, the development of civil aviation also ushered in the golden time. As a technology-intensive and knowledge-intensive industry, the high quality human resources have become strategic resources restraints on the development of a civil aviation enterprise. Under the new situation, the post-90s employees are gradually into the workplace and become the main force of the enterprise development. They have different growth environment, thinking mode and behavior characteristics. Traditional enterprise’s management concept and mode has been unable to meet their needs. How to effectively manage the post-90s employees is a new challenge for aviation ground service enterprise human resources management.Through this article, author analysis the status of management of post-90s employees in Inner Mongolia civil aviation ground service co., LTD. After the analysis of the status, author analysis the main problems and the cause of the problems which exists in the management of post-90s employees. Based on this, author advances the targeted management strategies for the civil aviation enterprise to improve the management skill of post-90s employees.
