Research On Quality Improvement Of Six Sigma Based On Production Process

Meanwhile, with economy globalization continuously development, the environment of manufacturing company already significantly changed. They need to face not only the local competitors but also world level competitors, profit-making turn to increasingly difficult. Most corporation understand that manufacturing process continuously improvement can meet customer’s requirement and save cost; while not so many corporation implemented the improvement so well to get real benefit. How to achieve essentially and continuously improvement of manufacturing process?With increasingly competitive stress, many corporations realized that manufacturing process improvement is a gold mine, but in reality the improvement of the manufacturing process is lack of execution. By analyzing G company manufacturing process improvement, the article bring forward six-sigma based manufacturing process improvement. Starting from cultivate people awareness, the article explained six-sigma based manufacturing process improvement introduction and implementation including setting six-sigma base organization, building improvement capability, setting motivation system. Finally the article analyzed the skill and improvement awareness increasing and economy benefit created by six-sigma method.The continuously improvement situation of G company is typical in manufacturing corporation; the six-sigma based manufacturing process improvement can also be applied in other corporations.
