The Construction And Empirical Study On The Fuzzy Evaluation Model Of The Performance Of The Construction Of The Government Investment Project

In recent years,China is working to promote the government investment project construction agency system. But the implementation of construction agency system is still in its infancy.The effect of management activities implemented by construction agency is unsatisfactory.The capacity of construction agency can’t be fully realized.It is because the lack of oversight method for construction agency to encourage and constraint its activities.And as an important incentive and restraint mechanisms there are some problems in the research of construction agency performance evaluation system now.Such as the definition of construction agency is not clear.To this end,this paper introduce the concept of project management performance and stakeholders theory to clearly define the construction agency performance and proven benefits of stakeholder.On this basis,trying to build a more rational government investment projects construction agency performance fuzzy evaluation model and empirical research.Combination of management knowledge, the paper mainly include three part. First, based on review of the performance concept of project management, clearly defined the performance of construction agency. Second, building the fuzzy evaluation model of construction agency.This part also contains two aspects.For one thing, by means of review of relevant theories and literature to proven the needs of government investment project stakeholders and the duties of construction agency, and combined index selection method to select the index of construction agency performance evaluation. For another, choosing the fuzzy as the method of performance evaluation of this paper by making comparison of the performance evaluation method.Third, empirical research.Finally, demonstrating the theoretical framework of this paper is effective by empirical research. This paper also gives advice of the application of evaluation results and the prospects for this research.
