The Evaluation Of The Governance Of Agent Project Based On The Fuzzy Hierarchy Process

Agent construction system is the innovation of traditional government investment projects management. By introducing the agent according to mechanism,it isolates the direct contacts between the government and each project participant,effectively improving the efficiency of the supply of government investment projects.However, in the implementation of the construction system, agent construction system still have a lot of drawbacks, studying how to improve agent construction system therefore to push the application of the agent system in government investment projects has important practical significance.Aiming at the evaluation of the agent project governance, this paper firstly analyzed the institutional reasons of these problems in the aspect of the system formation, and combining with project management theory, based on the transaction cost theory, this paper introduced the evolution and formation of the construction project management structure, and contents of different levels of contractual governance mechanisms and relationship governance mechanisms, establishing the structure of the agent governance system. Then, in order to improve the agent project governance, this paper, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) model,established the evaluation model of the agent project governance. According to actual situation of the single project, the thesis selected some key factors from the various governance mechanism factors, and based on FAHP model, it established the evaluation index system of the agent project governance. Finally, combined with a specific engineering example, the paper evaluated an agent project through FAHP,which not only further expounded the application of the method of fuzzy hierarchy process, but also laid a solid foundation for the promotion of the system.In the last chapter, the thesis firstly summarized the main research contents of the evaluation of the agent project governance. Then, aiming at the existing shortcomings of the system, it pointed out the future research direction, playing a role in further improving the agent construction system and construction project management.
