Study On Modern Agricultural Operation Evaluation In Panjin City

Due to historical reasons in China under the urban and rural dual economic system for a long time, in promoting the overall economic development of our country at the same time, but leads to the long-term development of imbalance, nowadays, the backward rural economy has greatly restricted the further development of economy in our country, thus to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, it is very urgent to the construction of modern agriculture. Under the background of the state has introduced policies and measures to promote the development of modern agriculture, especially the 18th party congress in 2012 and made clear that adhere to-the-new industrialization with Chinese characteristics, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, to promote informatization and industrialization depth fusion, benign interaction of industrialization and urbanization, urbanization and agricultural modernization coordination, promote industrialization, hand in hand with the development of informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization.This article is based on the basic requirement of modern agriculture development, establishing the evaluation index system of modern agricultural operation, the main evaluation index are five:level of agricultural production, rural economic development level, the farmers’ income level of consumption, infrastructure technology, agricultural environment. By evaluating PanJinShi modern agricultural development level, in order to evaluate PanJinShi situation of the construction of the modern agriculture, and then reveals the current PanJinShi problems to solve in the development of modern agriculture. Finally put forward some policy Suggestions.
