Research On Optimization Strategy Of Logistics Distribution Efficiency Of Z Company Based On Lean Thinking

With the rapid development of economy, the logistics has become "the third profits source" of the enterprise, many enterprises and academics have conducted in depth discussion and research on logistics. China is the largest country of the tobacco production and consumption in the world, China’s logistics development started late, there is a large gap compared with foreign logistics development level, especially the tobacco industry logistics construction. The tobacco industry logistics field work in 2013, the construction and development of lean logistics as a priority job. Thus it can be seen, the healthy development of tobacco modern logistics has become a key link in the whole tobacco industry to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Logistics distribution is not only an important part of the energy consuming in tobacco logistics, but also the tobacco companies to obtain economic benefits, customer recognition, and even the key to the survival and development. Therefore, improving the efficiency of tobacco logistics distribution, will speed up the tobacco industry to a great extent in the construction of modern logistics development.Limited resources have made more and more enterprises clearly realize the importance of saving resources and improve the efficiency in the process of production and logistics. The 18th Party Congress put forward that to develop recycling economy and promote the production, circulation and consumption process of reduction, reuse, recycling, accelerate the transformation of economic development mode. Under the call of the party, the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration put forward the "scientific and technological logistics, humanistic logistics, lean logistics" the coordinated development of the three logistics strategy, the director Ling Chengxing put forward that promote lean management, to the management efficiency,to dividends, progress is the inevitable choice of tobacco industry and realize the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. Therefore,in the face of competition from the international tobacco giants and the increasingly international tobacco control situation, the combination of lean thinking and the construction of modern logistics, create a new situation of tobacco logistics, tobacco industry is facing a great development opportunity and challenge, and also is the internal requirement for the sustained and healthy development of tobacco industry.Under the development of modern logistics industry situation, this paper starting from the basic theory of lean thinking and logistics distribution, analyzes the distribution and existing problems of Z company, the influence factors of Z company logistics distribution were preliminary identification by fuzzy DELPHI method. On the basis of DEMATEL, using WINGS method recognition the key influencing factors innovatively, put forward the key factors of logistics distribution efficiency are logistics infrastructure, logistics information system, logistics professional personnel, distribution lines, traffic condition and so on, provides the basis for the following logistics distribution efficiency optimal strategies of Z company.In the evaluation of the efficiency of logistics distribution, due to the traditional DEA only pay attention to the self-evaluation, this paper conducted the basic idea of cross DEA into the evaluation. However, although the cross DEA overcomes some defects of traditional DEA, but it did not make clear how to choose the evaluation models, so it is a difficult to decision makers in selecting a model. To slove these problems, this paper uses the ideal DMU cross DEA method, had in-depth and comprehensive evaluation on logistics distribution efficiency of Z company, not only sticking to the DEA basis principle which is in favour of the evaluated DMU, but also avoiding the difficult of choosing the evaluation models. It is concluded that Z company has the highest efficiency of logistics distribution in 2011, the second is 2010 and 2012.Finally, this paper combining lean thinking and put forward the reasonable and feasible logistics distribution optimization strategies of Z company, and provide the basis for Z company and other tobacco companies develop logistics management strategy and promote the construction of modern logistics, at the same time, it provides the reference for the implementation of lean management to more companies.
