| This is a case study of production logistics system optimization under the guidance of Lean Thinking. In the context of meager profit, automotive components manufacturers optimize their logistics system so as to improve logistics efficiency.The high logistics costs reduced the profit of H Company. To solve these problems, an optimization program to production logistics system was proposed. The first part of this study summarized the theory of System Optimization for Production Logistics and the concept of Lean Logistics Optimization. The second part analyzes the operation process and existing problems of H Company in detail. The third part is the implement and evaluating of optimization program.Optimization program include production logistics process optimization, Balanced Production, JIT, On-site Management, improved Standardized Operations, inventory management and logistics equipment and so on.In the end, the results prove that through all these measures, we shorten the delivery cycle, reduced logistics costs, improved on-time delivery rates and customer satisfaction. |
