As an industry provide transportation service for passengers, road passenger transport industry has its particularity, different from general manufacturing, it is a special production mainly manifested in the following aspects:First, the road passenger transport is service, rather than a physical product, as a means of transport vehicle is the carrier of its service, and not a product; Second, the provision of service product can be realized only by displacement, the main cost is to. realize the displacement in the process of the consumption of manpower, material resources, etc; Third, the investment and construction cycle of road passenger transportation is long and huge, and as the industry has dual nature enterprises and public service at the same time, it has important influence to the country’s economic development; Fourth, the road passenger transport industry has its own high risk, the high risk, long over point area wide leading to difficulties enterprise safety supervision work.As a service industry, service innovation and improve the service quality is the first issues of sustainable development to the modern enterprise, the slow development of road passenger transportation industry in our country, a large part of the reason is that the passenger transportation class line set unreasonable, vehicle operation process is not standard phenomenon, low service quality, safety concern, lead to when passengers travel they incline to take the train, plane, drive, etc., road passenger transportation enterprise market penetration, stagnate. Therefore, for the road passenger transport industry, through service innovation to improve the quality of service for the steady development of the enterprise plays an important role.By querying the related literature we found that our country are mainly concentrated on the study of service innovation in such aspects as tourism, logistics, transportation aspect focuses on air services, for there is no road passenger service research, and such research mostly focused on for the introduction of foreign related theory of literature and theoretical research, lack of complicated situation in China, the practice of the specific level of study. Foreign representative case more focused on the advanced road transport freight, this is because cars ratio of these countries is very high, and has perfect coverage of railway transport system, can satisfy people’s travel demand.Topic of this paper is based on one part of the instructor’s research topic "the road passenger transportation enterprise modern management system and construction of innovation system research":zhao corporation service quality standards and service brand construction.
