Research On The Financial Support For The Development Of Blue Economic Zone In Shandong Peninsula

In early2011,the State Council approved the document named "Shan Dong PeninsulaBlue Economic Zone Development Plan",which means the development of Blue EconomicZone is becoming one of national development strategies.In August of2013,ShanDong province government officially issued several opinions on accelerating the developmentof financial reform,known as the "Shan Dong financial reform22",which depictsthe schedule and roadmap in Shan Dong financial construction.In this context,thedevelopment of Shan Dong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone is bound to increasecapital investment and financial support. Therefore,research of the financial support on theShan Dong Peninsula blue economic development has the important practical significance.This paper adopts the method of combination of qualitative analysis and quantitativeanalysis,summing up the massive domestic and foreign literature theory and collecting a largenumber of time series data.Combining with the graphic and the model,we can draw theconclusion: in the nationwide scale,financial development supports economic growth; butin the Blue Economic Zone,supporting role of financial development in economic growth isnot obvious,even worse financial suppresses economic growth. Combined with the actualsituation of economic and financial development,five questions in financial development ofBlue Economic Zone are found out,for example structure problem,the creditpolicy issues,inadequate supply of capital,lack of characteristic financial instruments,theimbalance of regional development issues. To solve these five problems,referring to thefinancial development experience in Shen Zhen and Shang Hai,combined with the documentof accelerating the financial reform in Shan Dong province,this paper put forwardfour suggestions,such as promoting the development of various forms of social financingsteadily,constructing equity trading market,constructing Qing Dao as wealth managementcenter, to create a good environment for the development of the financial industry.
