At present, as China’s refined oil market has been already opened, foreign oil giants in succession enter Chinese market and Chinese refined oil retail market is full of competitiveness, which undoubtedly compresses the margin profit and space of Chinese gas station. Sinopec with sales network system involving more than thirty thousands gas station vigorously develops non-oil business, which is the need of social development, self development of Sinopec and meeting the consumer’s demand.In this study, based on researches of non-oil business of oil gas station at home and abroad and current situation of application, literature research, comparative study and theoretical study are used to study development environment and strategy of non-oil business of oil gas station. The paper first analyzes current situation of development of non-oil business of oil gas station at home and abroad, summarizes the successful experience of non-oil business of oil gas station of foreign famous oil companies and compares non-oil business at home and abroad. After analyzing current situation of non-oil business of oil gas station of Sinopec, SWOT analysis method is used to discuss the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of non-oil business of oil gas station of Sinopic. Finally, a number of operational development strategies are put forward based on development positioning, guiding ideology and development goal of non-oil business of oil gas station of Sinopic.
