So in the economic downturn, the industry demand growth is slow situation, how to build the enterprise soft power to enhance core competitiveness of the company, the company’s market advantage? This became the mine construction enterprise managers must face the dilemma of. This paper proposes to strengthen the building of enterprise culture to seek some beneficial to enterprise development, adjustment, management effectiveness method.This paper uses the theory basis of domestic and foreign enterprise culture and literature in the study, with the enterprise culture theory as the instruction, adopts a transcript of the interview survey question papers, etc., a comprehensive understanding of the corporate culture construction of ZM mine construction company, found the following several problems of cultural construction of ZM company:one is the corporate social responsibility, target and the spirit of culture is not clear enough, workers of the enterprise culture awareness.
