The inevitable trend of enterprise development is that professionals employing themselves in management and transition to manager. Especially in technology intensive enterprise, the professionals employing themselves in management will not only make enterprise very impressive, but also significantly improve enterprise’s economic benefit. However, there are inherent difference in way of think and behavior among professionals and managers, and there are significant different functional demands, skills in the process of different level professionals transition to managers. As a enterprise behavior, training will impart management knowledge and skill to professionals, and let them think and behave from the perspective of management. Certainly, the training will be done according to the need of professional transition to manager, and the training is the most effective way of helping professionals transition to managers.Firstly, this paper discussed functional demands and skills of different level professionals transition to managers’ post. Based on competency model, different level professionals transition to managers’ training curriculum system has been constructed by different level. And professionals transition to managers’ training mode’s running program is expounded from two aspects, which are preparing step and training need analysis step. Particularly in this paper, based on professionals goal-oriented transition to managers, provocative training need analysis mode has been presented. This will predict the degree and depth of future managers.Secondly, in the respect of the professionals to manager’s training course content, this paper determine the experts to different level managers training curriculum content based on the competency model, which could make training manager construct training curriculum with a purpose. At last, Donald Kirkpatrick’s four steps training evaluation has been employed in this paper to evaluate professionals transition to managers’ training mode constructed by different levels.
