In the next stage of development of China’s economy, our country will be more emphasis on the transformation of the urbanization and industrial structure.Recalling the evolution of the development of urbanization and industrial structure, we will find there is a mutual influence between the two.Development of urbanization can provide space to support the transformation of the industrial structure to provide a broader market for urbanization, and promote the development of urbanization optimized the industrial structure.Coordination and interaction between the two can directly stimulate the development of China’s social and economic development, and therefore, how to realize the interactive development of urbanization and industrial structure, but also the focus of China’s social and economic development of robust implementation.Reform and opening up of China’s economy has undergone tremendous changes in long-term government led by the planned economy to a market-oriented market economy by economic development of China’s provinces, a robust trend.Agricultural economy began to shake off the shackles of a planned economy long-term, along with agricultural output and improve the appearance of a large number of rural surplus labor force, China’s industrial structure began to transition, urbanization has been rapid development.Because of China’s Tibet Autonomous Region is located in the southwest border, due to the impact of geography, climate, history, culture, economy, politics and other factors, though has been the strong support of the party,the state,and selfless assistance brothers provinces,urbanization and industrialization transformation of the structure has a lot of progress, but compared to other provinces and the national urbanization level is still low.The main manifestations of urban infrastructure level is low, a small number of cities and towns lack of mutual interaction between radiation and towns, the internal structure is irrational industrial structure, leading industry does not form a good scale.Although there is a relationship of mutual influence between development of urbanization and industrial structure, but both because of exposed many problems in the development and transition process did not lead to the formation of benign interaction mechanism between urbanization and industrial structure in Tibet, this is to some extent hinder social and economic development in Tibet.Therefore, the study of urbanization and industrial structure in Tibet coordinated development, the promotion of social and economic development in Tibet have a very important practical significance.On the basis of combing the relevant literature and theoretical studies, by analyzing the evolution about Tibet’s urbanization development and industrial structure since the reform and opening up, discovered the existence of both the timing on the relevance and application of an empirical model for verification.This paper selects the data, the data Tibet 1978-2012 urbanization rate and industrial structure were SPSS test, co-integration test and Granger causality test.Through the test results can be found, there is a significant correlation between the development of Tibet’s urbanization and industrial structure. Between the industry and the first significant negative correlation, and the second, between the tertiary industry and a significant positive correlation.By cointegration can be found in Tibet the urbanization and three industrial structure between these two variables exist long-term stable equilibrium relationship.By Granger causality test can be found in the way the impact of urbanization and internal Tibet between various industries vary. Therefore, in the future development of urbanization in Tibet, to the importance of improving the development of second and tertiary industries within the industrial structure and the transformation of the first issue. Accordingly make recommendations on coordinated development of Tibet urbanization and industrial structure, in order to promote social and economic development of Tibet.
