The thesis takes strategy of auto insurance competition as research content to illustrate price competition behavior. Some theories is applied to expound and prove price competition strategy of P company such as Theory of Dynamic competition, Auto Insurance Rating,Competition module under Oligopoly market. Through the study of price competition interaction between P company and A company, demonstrate that the price competition behavior is an effective method of competition in the market, but also,reasonable price competition can enhance market share and get more profit over the market average rate. The result shows that Accurate pricing and differential price combination is core competence in price competition. The first chapter elaborates the research goal and background and displays the situation of research both domestic and foreign, the second chapter carried on the introduction to the basic theory preparing use in thesis, the third chapter analyzes the market structure and competitive environment by use of S-C-P Paradigm and Five Force Modes, the fourth chapter analyzes its two units of competitive strategy, the fifth chapter advise the weaker in competition how to improve competitive ability according to the comparison result,the sixth chaptersums up the paperand gives the basic conclusion.
