Since the reform and opening up, China’s commercial banks development scale and management quality, has made considerable progress. However, on the one hand, it has also accumulated problems such as homogeneous competition, unbalance of the scale, inefficient allocation of financial resources etc by the reason of the institutional mechanisms, profitability and sustainable development ability of commercial banks are constrained by the larger. On the other hand, the macroeconomic environment faced by commercial banks is also undergoing changes, such as the interset liberalization, financial disintermediation and financial impact of the Internet and so on. In this case, community banks has become an inevitable choice for commercial banks which must be closer to the market and the customer in order to "seize the last one kilometer" for the purpose of new business growth and business transformation.At present, the domestic most of the community banks while siting in the site, function orientation, personnel and other aspects can be fully combined with the characteristics of the community, to realize the function differs from the traditional bank branches including "service in community", extend the service time and intelligent service, etc. However, most domestic community banks are essentially an extension of traditional outlets which are of high cost, low profitability, little characteristics on product and service, and homogeneity competition that is more challenging for commercial banks.China Minsheng Bank Corp.
