With the continuous improvement of the mobile network service and the growing popularity of smart phones,interaction between the Internet world and the real world becomes very simple.People just need to click on the phone,then they can go directly to consume offline or wait for the door-to-door service.That is the hottest O2 O e-commerce at present.Currently,the development of O2 O in China is not yet stable and mature.Long-term subsidies mean that it is still in the burn money status.The prospect of its profit in the future is not clear.With the upgrade of consumption,leading to the "lazy economy",consumers now are more willing to "pay for the service".In 2015,the O2 O service market scale of China Life reached 361.35 billion yuan,an increase of 45.7% compared with last year.Moreover,the industry continues to maintain a rapid growth trend.Obviously,community is a place of most concentration of people's lives with the longest residence time,which pregnant with a billionaire level market.The traditional enterprises,E-commerce giants,entrepreneurship and so on are trying to seize this market.So how to develop community O2 O economy and to find their profit model is very worthy of study.After combing the concepts and theories of business model,O2 O,community O2 O,this paper choose the convenience store as an entry point to research the business model of community O2 O.Firstly,analyzing the advantages of convenience stores from the aspects of comprehensive coverage,service convenience and higher customer adhesion,and summarize the development status and existing problems of the community convenience stores O2 O,at the same time,through the design of the questionnaire,understand consumer awareness of the community convenience store O2 O and demand intention;secondly,based on related theories of the business model and questionnaire data analysis,we build a development model of community convenience stores O2 O from the aspects of business model and profit model.Simultaneously,we make a depth exploration on the operation of offline physical store,content optimized about online APP construction and logistics and distribution system,as well as several major profit mode of community convenience store O2O;then,after analyzing the importance and methods of supervision services,distribution of benefits and cost control,we propose safeguard measures to the implementation of the above community convenience store O2 O model;Finally,through the case study,this paper explores the O2 O model between Jingdong and the community convenience store,which is mainly summarize the case from the cooperation method between Jingdong O2 O and convenience store,Jingdong O2 O profit model,Jingdong O2 O advantage and the problems existing in the cooperation with the convenience store,with a view to provide inspiration to the development of community convenience store O2 O in China.
