With the rapid growth of China-EU trade and "the Belt and Road", more and mor e business activities and the allocation of resources carrying on the global scale. From t he development of tendency, rapid development of transportation and the popularity o f container transportation make a good preparation for implement of "the Belt an d Road"."The Belt and Road" requires integrating full transportation on the macro-coordinatio n mechanism, enhancing effective docking of global customs, dress and multimoda 1 transportation. It also requires improving normalization of transportation rules to realize the integration of global logistics and transportation truly. At present, the re is only a macro strategic and it doesn’t have a clear plan. Therefore, if want to construct the Belt and Road, we must clear the transportation route and imp ortant transportation nodes.We need to complete the transport routes about the Belt and Road and analyze tran sport networks all the way along urgently, to develop convenient, efficient, and econ omical land bridge to speed up the turnover of goods transportation. Paper researched two hands about transportation routes in "the Belt and Road" network and econom y of network.One hand, we studied the routes of "the Belt and Road" network. First of all, ac cording to the Eurasian transport, Central class, the paper discussed status of the exi sting Asia-Europe railway transportation and international multimodal combined trans portation by rail and sea. Combined sketch map of "the Belt and Road" transportati on, has analyzed transportation routes about "the Belt and Road". Secondly, with ba ckground of OpenStreetMap railway network, the paper established railway networ ks from Istanbul to Moscow and from Amsterdam to Venice. Paper also selected hu b cities as the necessary nodes of the transportation route, and we used LINGO software to search the shortest transportation path based on the Shortest Path Th eory and measure the corresponding transportation mileage in QGIS. So far, com bined with transportation routes of the new Eurasia Bridge, we formed a One B elt One Road transportation network which has certain routes. This study provid ed a reference for the construction of the Belt and Road.On the other hand, we selected economical transportation route for every point of the Belt and Road transportation network. From the network, there are sever al different routes to the destination, and the paper made a method to find the most economical route. We found that the network can form five loops and sear ched the pivotal node for each loop based on the transportation cost model of e ach 40GP container. Then, through the separation of pivotal node, the network was divided into different sections. Finally, we can find the economical transportatio n solution from Shanghai to various sections of the network.This paper includes 25 figures,32 tables and 49 references.
